Magi Sufi El Speaks on the expectation of PHA providing for the City Wide Encampment during Sharswood Development Press Conference defending, Jennifer, encampment member promoted to organizer, as she was locked out of conference with her bull horn. "Jennifer" was the Caucasian Muslim Female with her African American husband and son who lived in the encampment.

Magistrate El was counseling and advising Jennifer and her family as comrades. since El's family was victims of retaliation against PHA for civil rights discrimination and deprivation of rights law suit in the eastern district court. Magistrate who is also a chaplain was removed along with his family from his loft at gun point by hired mercenaries paid by PHA one morning when the housing discrimination filing was posted on the apartment door. the mercenaries threatened bodily harm if the family including the youngest 2 years old didn't move quick enough out of their then artist loft and humiliated in front of peers as his wife, recording artist and PHD was naked and escorted out onto the side walk and placed back in her wheelchair. El and his family had there day in court yet PHA had already had there way with there lives.

This was the stage when college law students and social justice advocates studying activism left the encampments to go on vacation or back to there mid western roots.  The encampment was up and running on it's own. Agriculture had started to began on the shardswood development site by encampment members. Dr. Bey and Magistrate EL had been consultants and supporters to The North Philly Peace Park and assisted with the negotiations to relocate.

There was a considerable amount of resources and services being hurled at the members. There were even credit cards that were being distributed to the members for tents and supplies that often fell into the hands of people with substance abuse issues amongst other issues which would prevent the money from being accurately applied. Jennifer had become one of those people as she was ordered to purchase tents for Magistrate EL's family to join the encampment as El and Bey had created and staged the Peace Pipe Pop Up for the Indigenous Peoples Heritage society to stand in solidarity with the tent encampment along with there right to fair housing.
