Vaccination Nation

How Does The Government Decide who to Vaccinate?
It was announced there was a deadly disease that the American people should be aware of coming from Wuhan china in December 2019. The people who bought you bird flu were now responsible for the Corona virus 19 a deadly strain of flu which may or may not be in everyone's body durmet, there is no cure and symptoms are no sense of taste and smell as well as trouble breathing.

by 2020  some would say the illness or anticipation of it, caused mass pandemic.  The wide spread of the disease had yet to be seen on American soil. what was seen was hysteria, worry. concern speculation that grew to sell out water, toilet paper and even the gauging and hording of resources and services.

Retail became insistent to air on the side of all society having the disease. people were degraded into covering there mouths and faces with fabric, make shift masking until the backlash of asphyxiation caused many to ask. why is everyone being forced to cover there faces with medical masks "made in china" the place of origin for the disease. Studies showed that the mask wearing over time weakening the immune system, so why were healthy people being asked to wear one.

we weren't sure if it was to protect others or protect ourselves yet many were forced into participating to obtain groceries, enter office buildings. News castes insisted we would see the spike in hospital urgency and over worker essential workers. If you drove by a hospital, it seemed to have the same volume of activity as before the governmental announcement of the pandemic.

if you were in certain areas of the u.s. you recognized the prepared "script" which was rolled out on radio to shame people into the house. then came the lock down orders across the country. Each governor was given the option to roll out there restrictions as they saw fit for there city.

the campaign of Corona Virus was advancing. The escalation of fear occurred. There were groups of Americans who refused the mask wearing mandate and questioned the motives of these scare tactics.

The resistance to being forced to wear the mask and even have establishments refusing your business on account of you not wearing a face mask was a huge argument in society resulting in fights. There were law suits that were welcomed by attorney genral bar re; the violation of human rights the face mask mandate was causing. The reason many refused to wear the mask were similar to the reason these two Californian woman stated on there signs. The face masks were modern Muzzles. Interesting enough they included a picture of Saint Escava Anastacia. After researching the iron masked ancestral figure. There was a clear reason they selected her image to represent oppression.

This was written January 4th 2016  "At What Price Fashion"  Article Said this about the sad story turned saint sister Anastacia; "As with most folklore, the story of Anastácia depends on who you talk to. Black Then tells of a beautiful slave woman with piercing blue eyes whose owner sent her away to hide from his wife the indiscretion that he fathered her with an enslaved woman. Of all the versions in Jerome Handler’s The Iconographic History of a Brazilian Popular Saint, the most fascinating was the tale that Anastácia was raped by an overseer and

other whites and subsequently birthed several blue-eyed children as a result. The story goes that Anastácia never allowed him to kiss her. So she was made to wear the mask because she refused “her lips to the overseer’s kiss.” The facebook post that brought Anastácia to my attention says the slave owner made her wear the mask as punishment for spurning his advances. Finally, one of the first versions I read said Anastácia was made to wear the muzzle/mask because she was too vocal about the treatment of slaves."

In 1990, a mini-series entitled "Escrava Anastacia" was produced for Brazilian television. Directed by Henrique Martins, written by Paulo César Coutinho and starring Ângela Correa, it portrayed Anastacia as a Nigerian princess captured by slavers. Anastacia is sold to a cruel master who falls in love with her and eventually tries to rape her. For refusing her master, Anastacia is punished by being forced to wear a face mask.[1] The image of Anastacia healing the son of her oppressors is an innovation developed for this program.

There were many side effects to wearing masks for extended time frames and repeat wear especially for vulnerable persons, particularly youth.

July 28th 2021 the Mask Mandate was lifted after plenty law suits and complaints.

A federal judge in Pittsburgh says Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf and State Health Secretary Dr. Rachel Levine had good intentions to protect people from the coronavirus but their orders went too far. The judge ruled in a court order that Wolf's closing of "non-life-sustaining" businesses and restrictions on gatherings during the COVID-19 pandemic were unconstitutional.

President Gave each STate options to roll Out the corona virus 19 pandemic restrictions begining march 13 2020  Updated Order of the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Health Requiring Universal Face Coverings was lifted on June 28, 2021. There is no longer a statewide requirement to wear masks. Pennsylvanians should follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance for wearing a mask where required by law, rule, and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance and policies. In addition, all individuals should still follow guidance at workplaces, local businesses, long-term and residential care facilities, hospitals, prisons and homeless shelters
the coronavirus restrictions differ from state to state.

For example in Pennsylvania it was Governor Tom Wolf who gave "stay at home" orders at the announcement of the global pandemic.

Who can use the Exemption?

Religious exemption indicates that there is a provision in the statute that allows parents to exempt their children from vaccination if it contradicts their sincere religious beliefs.

Philosophical exemption indicates that the statutory language does not restrict the exemption to purely religious or spiritual beliefs.  For example, Maine allows restrictions based on "moral, philosophical or other personal beliefs," and Minnesota allows objections based on “conscientiously held beliefs of the parent or guardian.”

Missouri's philosophical exemption only applies to day care centers.

What Are the Rules on Vaccine Exemptions?

shingles vaccine

Every state has laws that require children to get certain vaccines before they can go to school or day care. Yet parents can opt out of one or more vaccines for medical, religious, or personal reasons.

Vaccine exemption laws vary from state to state. Some states make it easier to avoid vaccines than others.

What are medical exemptions?

Parents can ask for a medical exemption if a vaccine wouldn't be safe for their child. Reasons that children can get an exemption include:

  • They have a disease or take medicine that weakens their immune system.
  • They have a severe allergy to a vaccine or an ingredient in it.
  • They had a serious reaction to a vaccine in the past.

To get a medical exemption, parents need to have their child's doctor sign a form. Many states ask whether the exemption is temporary or permanent. And almost half of states require doctors to sign a new form every year or so.

Childhood Vaccine Injury Act

Valarie Blake, JD, MA

Vaccine immunization has been at the center of a number of legal and ethical controversies, particularly over the last several years, with mandated vaccines for military workers and concerns about links to autism dominating the media coverage. In February 2011 the U.S. Supreme Court weighed in on a particularly important issue related to the safety of vaccines and recovery for injuries caused by them.

Bruesewitz v. Wyeth wrestles with the tension between ensuring that companies can afford to produce vaccines, and protecting and compensating those who suffer from vaccine-related injuries [1]. The ruling on Bruesewitz shields vaccine manufacturers from certain legal liabilities—protections the Court believed were set forth in the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act. (state 32 times vaccines are lethal)

Can my employer require me to be vaccinated against COVID-19?
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not mandate vaccination. However, whether a state, local government, or employer, for example, may require or mandate COVID-19 vaccination is a matter of state or other applicable law.

involuntary sterilization still legal?
To the surprise of many, this Supreme Court ruling has never been formally overturned. Moreover, non-consensual sterilization of people with intellectual disabilities is still legal in many parts of the U.S., although the motivations behind it have shifted.
When was forced sterilization banned in the US?
1981. Oregon performed the last legal forced sterilization in U.S. history.

Can CDC mandate that I get a COVID-19 vaccine?

No. The federal government does not mandate (require) vaccination for people. Additionally, CDC does not maintain or monitor a person’s vaccination records.
